To achieve these objectives, SIG has expanded its teams with the arrival of a new assistant, Julie. Her experience and dynamism have given a new impetus to the department.
She also followed our process recruitment.

But that's not all... In order to increase the number of applications received per ad, our HR department sought to new sources of advertisement submission and further partnerships with some job sites. And it is effective = via a specialised site, we receive 2.5 times more CVs.
Another key point is that the HR department has made the sales teams aware of the need to capitalise on previous recruitments and especially of create a bridge between the files (especially in the context of commandos). We no longer recruit for a single position, but try to see in each candidate a potential employee who will be able to develop at SIG.
The first results are felt =
- 2463 CVs received for 63 new positions offered, i.e. 39 applicants on average per post
- 27% of preselected CVs vs 40% in 2014
- 21% cancellation-discontinuation rate vs. 32% previously
