I am Céline David, I have been working as an administrative assistant at SIG for 15 years. The team I work with is composed of 5 people including our manager Françoise MUR.
We are the ones you don't see, you don't hear but we are the ones who watch, study in 1er your reports.
And yes, every day your reports and contracts pass through my hands.
It all starts with opening the mail with all the documents received, which I sort and classify according to the activity (animation on one side, merchandising on the other).
After this sorting, I checks the reports received and I enter the results so that our study service can analyse them and integrate them into the weekly summaries sent to our clients. This is an important and essential step for SIG because with your results, your comments, your feedback, SIG can analyse campaigns and fmakes recommendations to its clients to improve future animation or merchandising operations.
I then checks the salary elements recorded for each intervention in order to validate the pay of each speaker.
Thus, every day your received confirmations of interventions are read and validated in order to send the elements to our clients.
Finally, all documents are scanned to keep track of them. It's a big job and the scanner is running at full capacity at certain times of the year with piles and piles of documents.
I'll finish by saying that you don't know me, but seeing your reports and contracts go by all day, I can tell you that your names are familiar to me!
