We interviewed one of our facilitators (Annie B.) to get her feedback on our different training tools....
1/ What do you think of the quiz that is to be carried out before the event? How important is this quiz to you?
This quiz is very good, it allows me to get a better idea of the brief (products/mechanism) before starting my animation.
2/ Have you ever watched an e-learning? If so, can you tell me what its strengths are?
Yes I have already done one. For me, the video and hearing the voice is the real plus of this tool. It allows us to discover and assimilate all the products. In addition, we can go back to the lesson if we did not understand and especially test our knowledge thanks to the final quiz
3/ What do you gain from attending a physical training session with your manager (or other)?
Meeting your manager, having the opportunity to listen and above all to participate! In physical training, we can handle, see and test the product(s) that will be sold.
4/ What do you think about video conferencing?
Personally, I find that some people are not receptive and sometimes disturb the group. However, the video trainings give us a lot of information on how to like the product in the shop and our sales pitch.
5/ Which of these different types of training do you prefer and which do you think is the most important?
My preference is more for videoconferencing, as it allows me to train quietly, at home, and to be more focused and comfortable.
