How did you hear about SIG?
On Indeed or by word of mouth at school, the missions offered by SIG are extremely varied, the job offers very attractive and offer wide possibilities of evolution.
How did you feel when you took up your position at SIG?
There are many, many things to learn in a short space of time (2 to 3 training courses are necessary to fully understand all the ins and outs and thus be operational). Fortunately, we are well supervised by colleagues who are very attentive to our needs.
How long did it take you to become autonomous in your position?
About 1 week, but you learn every day, even after 6 months!
How do you find the atmosphere at SIG?
The personalities are all different. It's a very family atmosphere and people come with a smile. You can feel that people are at the heart of everything at SIG = the people involved and the staff are very open and pleasant.
When you first came to SIG, what did you think?
Before you enter SIG, you imagine a very cold German company, with no one talking to each other and working in front of their screens without talking much. When you enter, you immediately notice the blue carpet that warms the room and all the smiling faces that greet you with warmth and friendliness.
Why did you choose SIG?
Mainly for the really varied assignments and what they will bring us. But also the panel of high-profile clients. SIG gives new people a chance, involves them by asking for their opinion.
How do you see SIG in 20 years?
SIG is a company with great potential that thinks big and far ahead. It uses all its resources to achieve the goals it has set itself. It is looking to the future!
Conclusion:
We will come out of this company, as late as possible, with a very enriching experience full of humanity and memories.
