The e-seminar, or how to continue to combine work meetings and team-building
Given the health context, our team of Brand Advocates met with their managers a few days ago to combine work meetings and team-building in a new seminar format: the virtual seminar or "e-seminar".

But who are our Brand Advocates? BA to their friends, they work in the field for one of our clients, the undisputed leader in premium high-tech, who has placed their trust in us for several years.
Our BAs are the brand ambassadors in shop and visit the points of sale within their scope. Responsible for increasing digital distribution and ensuring the "Perfect Store" for our client, they are responsible for updating and maintaining the various furniture and devices in full compliance with the brand's merchandising guidelines.
Maintaining the interest and energy of participants
Their e-seminar day was very studious! It was organised around thematic workshops on our client's news, products and technological innovations, with a particular focus on the actions to be promoted within the various brands in which we operate.
In order to take into account the distance, and to maintain everyone's attention, the content was adapted. The facilitators organised a series of small workshops on a wide range of themes, with the whole team or in small working groups. The maximum time per theme was 30 minutes. The diversity of the topics, the pace given and the variety of speakers kept everyone's attention and encouraged their interest and participation.

But it is also important to have moments of relaxation, to share and discover each other in a different way! A culinary workshop led by a chef punctuated their day.
The challenge? Prepare a gourmet dessert live from their own ovens!
This team-building cooking event allowed the team to get to know each other better during a very convivial moment. It was an opportunity to create memories together, with the pleasure of "savouring" a new collective project, through an original activity.
The e-seminar requires the acquisition of new communication codes, new ways of working and interacting together, a fine example of the agility that our teams demonstrate on a daily basis!
