THE JOB OF AN ASSIGNMENT OFFICER :
The assignment officer is responsible for the planning and theoptimization of available resources, both in terms of quantitative (number of employees - workstations) that qualitative (level of experience required), in view of the adequacy of the resources to the needs of the clients on the activity merchandising.
THE FIELD MANAGER'S JOB :
The responsibilities of the field manager range from recruitment until control of all parameters to achieve qualitatively the field missions on activities commercial events.
