For a few months now, the sales force has had a new Head of Sales in the person of Alexandre ASPISI. But he is no stranger to many of you, whether you are in the field or at headquarters. Indeed, Alexandre has been working for SIG for 10 years.
He began in 2008 as a telephony facilitator. His seriousness was immediately apparent to managers so that he could become a Assistant Manager then Manager Ile de France Telephony
His role = Recruiting, training on products, on sales techniques by giving best practices based on his own experience, coaching his team of animators by analysing their performance and increasing their skills.
What does it say about this experience?
"4 years rich in knowledge about retail and telephony, in know-how (becoming a manager, managing customer relations) and in interpersonal skills (organisational skills, being diplomatic)
In 2013, the Sales Support division (Animation, MerchandisingAlexandre was asked to join the team to share his experience in telephony with all our clients. So he was able to carry out training, do field checks, supervise teams of merchandising commandos and manage trade fairs.
With the aim of developing his negotiation and customer relations skills, Alexandre seized the opportunity to become Area Manager. He was responsible for organising tours, negotiating MEA, and training shop assistants .... As a real support for the shops, he was able to relay promotional operations and set up merchandising actions.
With his experience in management and negotiation over the past 8 years, Alexandre applied to become Head of Sales. So for the past few months, he has been managing a team of area managers = field support, analysis of Kpi's, recruitment / integration of new CS. With this new position comes a new challenge for Alexandre = managing customer relations at national level.
How to sum up such a journey?
"A career that has involved everything, with great satisfaction in the field and in management. I have legitimacy in relation to my team because I know the field and its problems. So I am closer to them.
"At SIG, there are real opportunities to develop if you are motivated and serious.
