Field reinforcement to prepare for Christmas
As in previous years, a team of 4 GIS field sales staff comes to help our sedentary sales team.
Since the beginning of May and until mid-July, 4 superheroes are visiting hypermarkets and toy shops.
So, to train our 4 Santas, we organised a launch meeting on 5 and 6 May in the presence of our client, at our Vélizy headquarters. On the menu and as the main course in the hood: a workshop dedicated to the use of order matrices.
The mission is up to our sales team
It would be more accurate to speak of "plural missions". They cover the sales cycle from product information to portfolio development:
- prepare draft orders
- make an appointment with the toy department manager
- visit clients
- exchange on the project, new products and assess complementary needs
- take orders at the end of the year 2022
- send confirmations to the sales department
The complementarity of a field sales force and remote sales representatives
To get to know each other and develop team spirit, we shared a convivial evening at the Escape Game in Vélizy and then had dinner together!
