THE POSITION IS FILLED
Mission
You will be involved in the monitoring of campaigns (in large and medium-sized stores and specialised stores) that we manage on behalf of our clients.
Your fields of action will be the following:
- analysis and control of the reports of our contributors carrying out the weekly maintenance of our client's mobility,
- Follow-up of unfinished reports,
- carrying out surveys on the quality of the service.
Profile
You have a secretarial/assistant background, you are autonomous, reactive and have good stress management skills. You have an excellent command of IT tools (especially Excel) and ideally have already worked on AS400.
Conditions
3-month fixed-term contract to be filled from Monday 2 November
Location: Aix en Provence (13)
Working hours: part-time 24 hours a week from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 1.30pm
Remuneration: 1000€ gross per month
