This is the number of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems implemented today at SIG!
It is in 2001 was born the first GIS IVR. This tool, initially set up to meet an operational demand, has evolved over the years. Its technology and use have diversified.
In 2011, SIG internalizes IVS in order to customise it as desired and extend it to other uses.
The GIS IVR has thus become a a real relay for the exchange and data collection.
And what a success, over 357,000 calls since 2011 !!!
In-store badging, telephone quizzes, results collection, etc., the IVR is used for all MIS activities: Sales Force, Merchandising, Sales Promotion.
For each intervention, the SIG "voices" work on personalising the IVR: using the right intonations, pronouncing clearly, the exercise is not always easy and several takes are sometimes necessary to provide the user-friendliness and the expected result!
