Let's get ready! From 20 to 26 November 2023, the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) is back for its 27th edition.
This year's theme is "DIGITAL TRANSITION: AN ACCELERATOR FOR EMPLOYMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES".
As a #progress activatorWe're proud to be taking part in this national event.
The importance of the EYPD
The SEEPH is a crucial initiative for raising awareness and promoting employment for people with disabilities. With a theme focused on the digital transition, this edition raises pertinent questions about the integration of technology in access to employment for people with disabilities. Digital transformation can play a key role in creating a more inclusive and accessible working environment.
Our role and contribution
As a 1TP4 Progress Activator, we are committed to exploring how technology can facilitate the employment of people with disabilities. We will be actively participating in various conferences and events organised during the SEEPH. Our aim is twofold: to share our own digital inclusion initiatives and to learn from the best practices of other organisations and players in the field.
Future prospects and ongoing commitment
The commitment doesn't stop with the end of the SEEPH. We plan to implement the ideas and strategies discussed during the week, and to continue to promote the employment of people with disabilities, particularly in the context of the digital transition. This is in line with our vision of an inclusive and progressive company, where every talent, regardless of disability, finds its place and can flourish.
