As required by law, SIG publishes its index of gender equality for 2020.
This index is based on the assessment of five indicators to measure :
- the gender pay gap,
- the difference in the rate of individual increases,
- the promotion rate gap
- the percentage of employees who receive an increase after returning from maternity leave,
- parity among the 10 highest earners.
We scored 79 out of 100.
This score, significantly above the minimum of 75 points required, testifies to the policy implemented by SIG for many years in favour of professional equality.
