For the year 2019, SIG has been awarded a score of 89/100!
Created by the Avenir Professionnel law of September 2018, the professional equality index was designed to end inequalities between women and men in the world of work. Despite the principle of "equal pay for equal work" being enshrined in law, women's pay remains on average 9% lower than men's. French companies are now required to publish their gender equality results every year.
The aim is to achieve a minimum score of 75/100. Service Innovation Group has just sent its data to the administration and its score is 89/100.
This infographic provides information on the results of the different indicators concerning gender equality in GIS:
- Gender pay gap,
- Difference in the rate of increase between women and men,
- Difference in promotion rates between women and men,
- Percentage of employees who receive a raise upon return from maternity leave,
- Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the 10 highest earners.
