Following a change of graphic charter, Allo Resto had to rebrand over 1,100 restaurants partners in the Paris region.
For this purpose, a complete POS system was offered to the restaurant owners =
- The mandatory element = the STICKER where 3 different sizes are offered.
- Additional elements available = menu stand and open/closed panel (with suction cup).
The interventions were to be carried out on restaurant opening times (11am/14pm and 6pm/20pm) and before the end of July.
SIG took up the challenge with a team of 21 mandated stakeholders who each had an average of 53 restaurants to visit over this period.
The team was recruited to its experience, ability to organise independently and negotiation skills.
The results are as good as it gets =
- 99% of restaurants visited. Where no items could be installed, the main reason was the closure of the establishment or the restaurant not found.
- 80% of restaurants visited with the new sticker (before passage, only 31% had one)
- 39% wished to have an open/closed panel (before passage, 12%)
- 34% have positioned the menu stand (before passage, 7%)
The installation rates are multiplied by 2.5 for the sticker, 3 for the panel and almost 5 for the menu stand ! A great success for our 21 speakers.
After this commando rebranding by SIG, Allo resto knows that 87% from its partner restaurants are now equipped with at least 1 element branded Allo Resto and especially 21% which have the 3 elements !
Allo Resto is therefore approaching the start of the new school year with optimum visibility in partner restaurants.
