Who are you?
I am Karim BAKA. I did my 1era mission with SIG in 2016 for a high-tech product commando.
What was your first contact with SIG like?
From the start, the contact was good with a warm welcome and friendly people.
They made me want to invest in meof get involved. And it paid off because after my 1era I was given another 3-month assignment for a new commando on another product category (for children). I also had the opportunity to do commercial animations in various departments (Small Appliances, Ice cream, ...).
It was the only company I worked with because my contacts regularly called me to entrust me with new missions as an animator, merchandiser, promoter .....
Given my good relationship with the SIG staff and the quality of the assignments I was offered (with prestigious brands), I wanted to continue working with SIG.
Yet you left SIG for another position a few months ago....
Yes indeed. But I did so reluctantly. In fact, I was looking for a position as a sector manager. Of course, my SIG contacts were aware of my desire to move to another position. However, at that time, there were no vacancies in my sector.
But a few months later, an opportunity came along...
And yes, even though I had left the company, I was still on the lookout for positions at SIG! And it happened .... So I applied, then interviewed... My former contacts highly recommended me.
What do you remember about your work with SIG?
What I have learned from this is thatbe responsive, regular, involved mark the GIS contacts and that it creates a climate of trustThis is very welcome.
Talk to uss of your new job
I became BA (Brand Advocates) for a High Tech brand. I am in charge of 10 shops in the Paris area. What I like about this job is the management of the products in the shop (and above all the way they are displayed), the contacts with the department managers (and above all the way I can bring them solutions) and the autonomy (by managing my schedule).
2 words to define SIG...
Organization and Trust.
Organisation because SIG is fast and available. In the event of a problem (contract, payroll, operational problem), the response time is fast.
Confidence because the people they talk to recognise the work and involvement of their employees.
