On 29 June, 31 area managers, 4 sales managers and 2 account managers took part in the 1stera Who are you?" evening. The evening was hosted by the SIG Sales School.
This evening had 2 objectives =
- Create a sharing of experience between 2 sales forces
- Putting SONCAS profiles at the heart of communication
Each participant had to identify his or her own profile, but above all to identify the profile of his or her table neighbours through questioning techniques, observation, .....
If "Who are you?" is a game, there had to be winners and losers to satisfy the teams' competitive spirit. So the table that had discovered all the SONCAS profiles won the (non-alcoholic) aperitif!
The evening was a success and the teams left with smiles on their faces and ..... a ball (in the colour of their profile)

For the SIG Sales School, this evening shows once again thatapproach sales techniques out of context, in a playful way allows you to have more participation, listening and assimilation of learning.
This allowed everyone to share their experiences in the field.
